Mineralogical and structurally-textural features of the tailings after ore separation from the Yubileynoe deposit were investigated. It is established that tailings after ore separation represent itself untied argilo-arenaceous aleurite and they are combined by a free pyrite grains and a fine-grained irregular joints of sulphide minerals. The tailings have technological properties which allows to effectively apply heap leaching processes to comlex extraction of nonferrous metals.
